   Agent Spotlight/Real Estate Specialist ads appear among properties. They are targeted to appear on a specific location (lake, beach or golf course).
   
   
2. How do the Agent Spotlight ads work?
   On each of our pages, the Agent Spotlight ads randomly display in an even rotation. One ad displays at a time. You can purchase up to three of these targeted ads per location. Each ad represents a share of the market for that specific location, so the more you buy, the more often your Agent Spotlight will appear.
   
   
3. What is included in an Agent Spotlight ad?

   • buyer leads for unclaimed listings in your area (More Info Here)

4. Will a different Agent Spotlight ad appear every time someone refreshes a page?
   Not necessarily. Due to the multiple visitors that could be searching on a particular page at any one time, it is not guaranteed that a different ad will appear every time a user refreshes a page. If only one agent has purchased an Agent Spotlight ad for that location, then the same ad will appear every time.
   
   
5. On which pages will the Agent Spotlight ads appear?
   The Agent Spotlight ads appear on every page on our website where the location being viewed matches a current Agent Spotlight ad.
   
   
6. How is the pricing structured for the Agent Spotlight ad?
   Spotlight ads are only available when purchased with our Annual Memberships/multi-ad packages, starting with the Bronze Plus package (1-10 ads) for $399/year. Please see our Advertising Rates page for prices or call 888-933-5253.
   
   
7. Can I purchase multiple Agent Spotlight ads for a specific location or multiple locations?
   Yes, you can purchase additional Agent Spotlight ads for $100 each/per year. The more ads you buy, the more often your Agent Spotlight will appear.
   
   
8. How do I purchase an Agent Spotlight ad?
   You can purchase an Agent Spotlight ad by purchasing one of our Annual Memberships/multi-ad packages, starting with our Bronze Plus package (1-10 ads), $399/year, from our Advertising Rates page or by speaking with a Dream Home Network sales representative 888-933-5253 or sending an email. A sales representative will work with you to determine the appropriate location for your ad and then collect the necessary information to submit the ad.
   
   
9. How long after I purchase an Agent Spotlight ad will it appear on the site?
   Agent Spotlight ads will usually appear on within 1-2 business days.
